Apperently your GUILE_LOAD_PATH is incorrect,
since guile certainly should not be looking in
./progs/ice-9/progs/ice-9/
with progs/ice-9 occurring twice.
Please install the latest version of TeXmacs and
check whether the problem persists.

I was also wondering what version of teTex should i use for the Sun machine?
I think that is not so important, except when you use a very old one.
Thanks for your message,
