Thanks a lot.

It works, although I don't know why.

i mean I failed to add it to some .ts file
I got <error|expand var_if> in red.
I had put this macro in europe-env.ts and observed that
HOME/.TeXmacs/system/cache is preffered and changes
where accepted after removal of cache files.

Tried also just to assign it in document body, but then it
only assigns text "<func|x| ....>>>" for \phantom command.

Then I wrote it in text editor to my .tm file and now i can
use it in documment.

I will wait to see how this should be done properly ;-)
