Unfortunately no: at the moment we only have a good output filter for LaTeX.
We have just started to develop one for Html (and soon MathML) too,
but this will probably be finished only winthin a few months from now.

The problem is that we have got too little help from users in order
to write converters (LaTeX, Html, Docbook, Rtf, etc.),
so I essentially have to do all this work myself.
Writing converters is such a boring (though useful) task...
