Strange cache behaviour

Hi there,

I have set a line
<apply|set-footer|printed: <date|%Y%m%d -- %H:%M>>
in my .ts file to have the current date on any version I print out. Now, I
realize that the whole footer with yesterdays date expanded is written in
~/.TeXmacs/system/cache/__mytext__
and taken from there instead of being recalculated.

Is my approach generally faulty, or is it a matter of the cache being
over-ambitious?
