cygwin package: some problems resolved, shorter installation description

The "ghostscript issue" and a second problem concerning dependent packages
are resolved now in an updated package.

Thus I could simplify the installation instructions quite a bit:

I strongly encourage the persons who downloaded the older package in the
last 24h to reinstall it.
