transpose-chars not defined?

The file emacs-kbd.scm contains
(kbd-map
...
("emacs t" (transpose-chars))

When I press ctrl-t, the following message appear in the terminal window
from which I started texmacs:

/usr/share/TeXmacs/progs/keyboard/kbd-emacs.scm:142:14: In expression
(transpose-chars):
/usr/share/TeXmacs/progs/keyboard/kbd-emacs.scm:142:14: Unbound variable:
transpose-chars

I have downloaded TeXmacs-1.0.3.10-1.i386.rpm today.

Is this a known bug?
