This is no problem. You always get that on a mac, too. It means it will you dynamic linking, which is fine.

It might be, that your guile version is 1.8 or 1.8.1? You can check with

guile-config --version

To my knowledge, you cannot not compile TeXmacs with the guile 1.8 interface. Sorry.

I just tried to have a look, but I can't even convince guile 1.8.1 to run on my Intel Mac.

 

    I followed the instruction on texmacs.org when installing cygwin. Could anyone tell me what I should do to be able to install TeXmacs?

If this has to with Guile 1.8. There should be an update to the documentation, or we will see more of this.
