I just noticed that latest versions of TeXmacs (1.0.7 and 1.0.7.1 at
least) inactivate the keys

down arrow
end

(possibly among others)

if you remap the windows key to Meta or Alt (possibly all remappings
of windows key, but e.g. remapping caps lock to meta works fine).

This affects all applications in your X11 session!
