[TeXmacs] Work openly, use Google Drive

Just a few seconds ago I had an idea:

We should be able to work openly (and even collaborate) with TeXmacs.

Probably we can do this with Google Drive. Just make TeXmacs able to save
files directly to Google Drive.

Moreover, a PDF file should be automatically generated after every save to
Google Drive. Maybe the performance would be greater however if we generate
PDF not on save but on request. Maybe both modes (on save and on request)
should be possible, dependently on user's option).
