I answer to myself if somebody needs it :
As setq didn't work changing it in texmacs-maxima.lisp line 25, I tried to compile texmacs svn and correcting setq in source before compilation and this do work !

Without maxima in texmacs is like no salt in the soup !
Cantor does nice things too... But it's not as good as in Texmacs.
I have done a lot of things I would like to be able to get back.

Changing "defconstant" to "setq" worked for me. By the way, I am not a
common-lisp gutu and I don't know what should be done to properly fix
the problem.
