[TeXmacs] rotate texts in graphics mode

Hi,
i'd like to write a text in a box parallel to a line with a certain angle. The rotate otion doesn't work for the text i wrote.

In fact, i want a diagram with a text along a inclined arrow.

Thanks for any welcomed tip.
