[TeXmacs] new version texmacs 1.99.6

Hi

I have installed the new version in windows 10 but when i open the program, i
see no menu or icon. Something is wrong but i can hardly imagine what is
needed.

I have tried to delete all the folders in c:/user data/user/Appdata/Roaming/
Texmacs/

but the problem continues.

I do not know what is required, but for the moment i cannot install the new
version ¿Any suggestion?
