when i create an hyperlink how can i use it from texmacs ?

i mean if i have somtehing like

<hlink|dsqdq|dsqdsq>, if i click on it from texmacs, how to parameter TeXmacs so that the link be opened in my browser ? currently when i click on it it says "the file could not be loaded" as if TeXmacs interpreted the hlink as a file to be loaded

in the pdf file generated from TeXmacs, the hlink works well, but i work more often on the texmacs document than the pdf
