[TeXmacs] OPTION + SPACE shortcut on BÉPO keyboard

Hello,

On BÉPO / DVORAK keyboards, underscore _ is obtained by the key combination
OPTION + SPACE.

On texmacs, OPTION + SPACE is a command for text selection. Therefore,
underscore cannot be obtained as usual on a BÉPO keyboard.

This is really annoying since underscore character is frequently used in math
typing.

Is there a way to overcome this problem ?

I am using texmacs on OS X sierra.
