Dear all,

We are happy to announce the release of TeXmacs 1.99.9.
In preparation of the next major version 2.1,
a lot of bugs have been fixed.  We also upgraded
the spell checking user interface and the plug-ins to
various computer algebra systems.

THANK  YOU but could you , please be as explizit for .rpm ( SuSE Leap 42.3 ), as you are for .deb ?

Console protocol of my attempts;  because of the ...NOKEY ending of the 1st trial I tried another rpm -i,

but did get " ..is already installted"
