Dear Slava,
I'm not really sure what is the transformation you are looking for. Can you give an example of input and output of this transformation? There is some indications on how to write macros which modifiy the structure of the code here:

starting at approx 00:40:00.

Dear TexMacsers,

one often needed operation is to transform a display formula into the "several equations” environment. Is there a smart way to do this, without having to create a new “several equations” instance, and copy the formula there? This is tiresome, especially if one needs to copy the label tag. A tip for a backward transformation would also be useful.

Thanks! Slava
