Embedding video or gif in TeXmacs

Dear TeXmacs users,

I was trying to embed a video in a TeXmacs document following this discussion

I took a sample video from https://file-examples.com/ and put values as in the screenshot below.

All that it gives me is some white space where the video should be. I have tried with both mp4 and gif files, getting the same result. Here is a Google Drive folder containing the full thing.
