Informations about TeXmacs

Dear TeXmacs users,

We are happy to announce the release of TeXmacs 1.99.4.
This quasi-stable release is one of the last releases before
the upcoming major release of TeXmacs 2.1.

The most important changes are as follows:
  - Many improvements to the user interface.
  - Various improvements for "fine typesetting" (mathematical formulas,
    punctuation rules for foreign languages, STIX (and other) font support,
    intercharacter stretching and protrusion, CJK typesetting, etc.).
  - New experimental support for integrated bibliography management.
  - Various improvements for the LaTeX import/export.
  - Improved presentation mode.
  - Support for Croation and Greek.
  - Etc. etc.
