Hello Filipe,
I managed to compile guile-1.5.6 with (one of) the latest cygwin version. It
needed some hacking in the config files (for a WIN_SOCK32 stuff) and some
option in configure (if I remember correctly).
If this is the version you are trying to compile, let me know the problem
you are facing (if they are the same as I faced, I will try to help you)
