Hello *,
>> a:=matrix([[3,1,1],[1,0,2],[1,2,0]])
>> linalg::eigenvalues(a)
works fine with MuPAD 2.0 from TeXmacs session. The TeXmacs interface
contains a patch library for MuPAD 2.0 which fixes some problems with
generate::TeX. It seems to be incompatible with MuPAD 2.5. I hope, they
have incorporated the fixes to the main library. Please, delete the last 2
lines from /usr/share/TeXmacs-1*/misc/mupad/texmacs.mu and try this
example. I'll have a look at it after I'll upgrade MuPAD on my Linux box
to 2.5.
Best regards,
Andrey
