If you do a google search for "Deallocation of a pointer not malloced", you'll see that this is an error message that happens rather frequently and unspecifically in Mac OSX with all kinds of programs. From these reports, I am not able to understand whether there is a common cause.
I have never seen it with TeXmacs.
