Look at its scheme definition, seminar.ts, at the styles subdir of your
TeXmacs installation. It is a style file which calls several packages.
It essentially conveys structure more with color than with font shape,
thereby providing easier visualization for slides.

At the moment styles are not documented otherwise than by their
definition. But some of them aren't difficult to understand, and you can
always try-and-err! - álv.
