Unfortunately, for now it is NOT possible at all.
Inability to generate postsctipt output with proper postscript fonts 
(as opposed to the bitmap fonts) is BY FAR my largest problem
with TeXmacs. It is very hard to advocate use of TeXmacs 
while the results of PS->PDF conversion are so ugly.
