rightflush mark after code environment insertion

Hi,

The word rightflush appears when the document has a tmdoc style. In
other styles code environment works well.

The word rightflush is visible in the document from TeXmacs just after
de end of the code environment. I have solved this using <code*> tag
wich works fine.
