It seems that the problem was due to a bug in netpmb (see below),
as reported by Robert Borys. So you probably should upgrade
or downgrade netpmb in order to fix this problem.

Hello,
now I have netpbm v10.11.10 and everything is as in 9.12 (strange, isn't
it). So, I checked netpbm's chngelog:
In netpmb v9.23
(http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=68397) we have:
pnmtops: Include setpagedevice directive in Postscript output.
Thanks A Braunsdorf .
and in v10.0
(http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=92595):
pnmtops: remove setpagedevice by default. Add -setpage option.
I hope that this information will be usefull.
