From now on, I recommend to only distribute the stable versions
of TeXmacs. I plan to increase the rythm of them (at least three
a year). This prefix problem in 1.0.2.9 will be solved in
the next release 1.0.2.10. The 1.0.2.* has been feature frozen,
so there should be a new stable release in januari too.
