I use ALT (sisyphus). MuPad was taken as rpm package from mupad.de.
texmacs-1.0.3 was built myself.

What kind of problem do you have?
BTW, it is recommended to have mupad-2.5.3 for the last version of texmacs.
Also did you register mupad and obtain the password to remove the memory 
limit?
