After setting one's document style to letter, how does one choose
"environments" such as adressee and sender as well as things like the
closing and cc?

I did not see anything in the User Manual regarding this. Also after
looking at the "Standard TeXmacs styles and packaged" and checking the
section, itemize, and enumerate menus, I did not see anything in
particular about how to write a letter.
