I found a solution (temporary) for this problem. By adding these lines
to "/usr/share/TeXmacs/progs/keyboard/kbd-text.scm":

        ("masculine" (insert-object '(rsup "o")))
        ("ordfeminine" (insert-object '(rsup "a")))

just bellow line 250. When pressing "º" or "ª" a superscript will be
created with the correct character.
