Hi,

I'm using TeXmacs 1.0.3.7 and have encountered a strange kind of bug. 
Whenever I update my table of contents alone all entries of the 
bibliography are flushed. When I update all things, I have the the 
entries in the bibliography, but I haven't got the page numbers in the 
table of contents.

I can reproduce this on linux and mac os with version 1.0.3.7. Is this a 
known bug?
