| The point is that the Maxima input and output formats don't match.
| So this is really a problem of Maxima. It might be fixed in the future,
| but that really depends on the Maxima developers. They basically should
| output sin(x) instead of sin x and a macro or so for integrals.
| For other systems like Pari or Mupad, copy and paste works as expected.
Is it possible to get this problem around with display2d:false?
