Dear Developers of TeXmacs,

I am glad to see that TeXmacs is evolving and that version 1.0.4 has
been released. 

I could not, however, download the new version
easily, since the downloads page of the TeXmacs pages does not
contain a link or other reference
ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/pub/TeXmacs/rpm/TeXmacs-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm

I downloaded the link directly, and 1.0.4 seems to work fine.
