I made a TeXmacs plugins for xypic.
(A package to draw (mathematical) 2D diagram
by example, commutative diagram.)

It is avalaible on my poor web site:
http://www.lpmo.edu/~ratier/

It works for me, but not at all for Joris.
Could you try it to see if it works for you ? Most part of 
the code is taken from tm_eukleides. You can easily 
check how xypic plugins is working.

To use it, just decompresse in ~/.TeXmacs/plugins/
and restart TeXmacs. Exemple of session:
