Unfortunately, plain Html contains no markup for fractions and
I never managed to figure out how to make them using CSS.
Any hints are welcome.

I only started writing a TeXmacs->MathML converter during the summer.
I spent two days on the converter and two days on not being able to
find a decent renderer (never managed to get Mozilla working properly).
So I will work this out once I have a working renderer for
the generated Html/MathML pages...

Best wishes, Joris
