eqnarray* is a table with 3 columns (like in LaTeX):
left column is right-aligned;
center column is centered;
right column is left-aligned.
If you put all your contents into the left column, it is right-aligned.
Use thr right arrow key to move to the other columns.
> I'd want to get something like that :
> a = b + c
> d = e + f
> + g
Put your stuff in 3 columns of eqnarray*:
a | = | b + c
d | = | e + f
| + | g
