The best solution of this problem is co write all your calculation in a 
text file, using your favorite text editor. In the interactive session, 
after setting all parameters, you simply load this file.

Doing things otherwise lead to calculations which even you will be unable 
to reproduce exactly a day (or week) later. Very unreliable.
