This problem should now be corrected on the CVS version of TeXmacs.
As a general rule, starting with version 1.0.5.1, and in the next versions
of TeXmacs, errors of this kind (i.e. unbound variables) may occur,
due to the reorganization of the Scheme layer. Please report
such problems to me and I will fix them.
