Hi, everybody ...
I am using a rather detailed index in my document and have noticed that if
several index-anchors (the things in the main text) for the same keyword
are on the same page, then this page is listed multiple times in the index
(the thing at the end of the document). Example:
interface .................................... 19, 19, 20
This (the doubling of the 19) is rather ugly and does not provide any
advantage to the reader.
Is there an easy way to remove all doubled page numbers in the index?
