right-click in the cell
Table -> special cell properties -> hyphenation -> multiparagraph

How can I enter an "enter" character in a table cell so that I will
have two lines in one table cell. I think in M$ word one would that by
using shift+enter or ctrl+enter. Is there any such capability
(preferably shortcut) in texmacs too?
