Hello,
does anyone knows how to input the French oe character (such as in
the word coeur). Also, let's say I want to search for the character
"Â" and replace it with say "o". Does anyone know why one is not able
to search for non-ASCII characters such as "Â" or "È"?

As far a I am concerned I use ERT box with \oe which does the work.

Sorry for the mistake . I have responded too quickly :-(
In fact, I use Lyx too, and, in this program, it is possible to include directly tex commands in ERT boxes. I don't know if the same thing is possible with Texmacs.
