Yes please tell me where I can find the screenshot.
I also experienced a similar thing on another computer,
but this was due to the fact that I used the CVS version,
which does not contain the standard fonts.
When using the CVS version, you should install
the extra Windows fonts package in ~/.TeXmacs.
