Hi!

Since Maxima 5.9.2 was recently released it
would be great to have TeXmacs compatible with
new Maxima version.  On Unix platform everything
is just fine - TeXmacs support both Maxima 5.9.1
and 5.9.2 out of the box since version 1.0.5.
But WinTeXmacs-1.0.5 build is restricted to
Maxima 5.9.1 only.  I beg to update WinTeXmacs
build to support Maxima 5.9.2.  As far as I understand
required modification to WinTeXmacs is simple.
