Hi!

Xmas is close and so it is the annual TeXmacs Contest! Anyone can participate!

Last year I organised an 'Slideshow style contest' that was a complete
failure :-( But, I try it again this year.

The objective of this year is to make the most breath-taking, amazing and
gorgeous one-page TeXmacs document. The prize will be a T-shirt from Cafe
Press (1) or Spreadshirt (2) with the winning page printed on it (3).

The winning page (A4) has to show:
* TeXmacs is a powerful - but easy - scientific document processor
* TeXmacs is multi-platform and multi-language
* The document has been created using TeXmacs as main tool
* The TeXmacs URL

To create this document you should use all the tricks from the book. Don't be
afraid to use beautiful graphics or macros. Use whatever you need to do your
best!

This one-page document must be just one file, so include everything in it.
The
objective of this document is to have a one-page document to show new users
how good is TeXmacs, and teach old users new tricks.

The license of the documents must be GPL or a compatible one.


Although you can participate with as many document as you want, the best is
to
concentrate all your efforts in a winner document.

The last day to receive the files will be January 14th, 2006. The winner will
be announced on January 15th, 2006.

All the participant documents will be available in a webpage during, at
least,
3 months.

In case there were any change to these rules, it would be send to this list.
