This one is for sure a real annoyance.

But your new users said that they found the interface
almost unusable. It cannot be because this cut & paste
problem (or was it because of that ?).

Do you remember some episode, or some of their criticisms
that could give us more clue about precise features which
they found difficult to grasp, and therefore should be
considered as difficult to grasp for newcomers ?
