On my Debian Etch system, I run
$texmacs --version
TeXmacs version 1.0.6.6
(c) 1999-2003 by Joris van der Hoeven
I can reproduce the crash consistently by doing the following.
rm -rf /home/rajulocal/.TeXmacs/
texmacs texmacs_crashes_with_mouse.tm (file attached in this mail)
In the window of texmacs_crashes_with_mouse.tm I do
Document -> Page -> Type -> Paper
At this point the cursor is at the top of the document. Now if I scroll down
the document with mouse, texmacs crashes with an error message
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Any ideas what might be causing this? Is this bug reproducible on other
machines? If so, then I can file a bug.
The machine I am using is a Toshiba p25-s507 laptop which has a built-in PS/2
mouse and an external USB mouse attached. Only the external USB mouse has
the scroll option and that is what I am using here. If I use keyboard to
scroll the document then the crash does not occur.
