Hello,

Has anyone successfully mapped keyboard commands to an iBook or mac
computer? The only way I can access the mod keys is to hit 'esc'
multiple times. It would be nice to have the 'A-' modifier and math
mode 'H-' modifier to a simpler key stroke at a minimum.

As far as I know the remapping from the edit menu does not  work on Mac OS X. Indeed, it does not work on my Ubuntu box at work, too.

You could try remapping with the command xmodmap, but there seems to be some problems with Apple's X11.app. I will investigate this and hoepfully find a solution. A simple change mod2 to Caps_Lock, for instance, does not work.
