Has anyone used 1.0.6.7 with the newly-released Maxima 5.11?I'll investigate this.Unfortunately, I've got a rather strong flu at the moment, and therefore have not yet installed maxima 5.11
If I start maxima under Texmacs, choose Mathematical input, and type "a*b", I get:
Maxima 5.11.0 http://maxima.sourceforge.net

This is a development version of Maxima. The function bug_report()
provides bug reporting information.
(%i3) a*b
Maxima encountered a Lisp error:
Error during processing of --eval option "(cl-user::run)":
The value "\\*" is not of type LIST.
Automatically continuing.
To reenable the Lisp debugger set *debugger-hook* to nil.
(%i4)
I verified that this does not happen with Maxima 5.10.
