It's not difficult. First you must select how you are going to type the
cyrillic letters (Edit -> Preferences -> Keyboard -> Cyrillic input method ->
translit).
To type that letter inside of a formula or equation, first you should change
to Text (Mathematics -> Text, A-$) to type text inside the formula. After
that, select the language (Format -> Language -> Russian) and type the sha
letter typing s h. Et voilà!
