Excellent question. To my knowledge, several people discussed
this, but nobody implemented editing a wiki by means of TeXmacs
yet, although it's clearly feasible. If you plan to do it, you are
welcomed, and I (and very probably other people as well) can
provide help about how to implement this inside TeXmacs.
