Hi,


I have two problems with the generation of Table of contents
Is there any clean solution to both of them ?

+ The entry "Table of contents appear itself in the Table of
contents. How to suppress it ?

+ How to generate section or subsection which doesn't appear
in the table of contents (equivalent of \section*)
